At Mana, it is our mission to connect the dots and the world by investing directly into the ecosystems we create. We believe that business is more than just profit, that our enterprises are as good as the people that lead them and as big as the problems we are solving. We take pride in the work we do, the values we share, and in the communities we empower. Our investments are rewarding — both financially and personally.

Our Approach

Our collection of real estate holdings and business enterprises strive to create both revenue and human fulfillment through an integrated approach to asset management. We focus on opportunities to create new value while managing for capital preservation and limited risk exposure.

For more than 30 years, our success has derived from an understanding that there is no “trade-off” between doing well and doing good— we view various types of investment as offering various degrees of sustainable impact.

Today, our values still stem from the fundamental belief that the economic and social aspects of portfolio performance are inseverable. We believe intention is the driving force behind creating innovative businesses, and that capital is more than an end in itself.

About Moishe Mana

Mana Group Chairman and CEO Moishe Mana has committed his life to creating and improving neighborhoods. Arriving in the United States from Israel in the early 1980s, Mr. Mana grew a small moving and storage business into a global real estate empire. In his long career, he has perfected the model of breathing life into a neighborhood. Moishe Mana considers it his personal responsibility that any project should create sustainable change in a region that lasts long after a construction is complete. After finding success in revitalizing the Meatpacking District in New York City and large swathes of Jersey City, his sights are now set on his most ambitious project: Miami.

Embarking on the next stage of his extraordinary story, he has launched the urban renewal and community development platform, Mana Common.
