Jersey City

With a presence of more than three decades, Jersey City is the cornerstone of Mana Group’s real estate portfolio. In Jersey City, Mana Group’s holdings are concentrated in two areas: Journal Square and Hamilton Park.

In Journal Square, Mana Group’s holdings include an 18-acre campus consisting of a former American Can Company (CANCO) and Lorillard Tobacco Company factories. These buildings represent more than 1.5 million SF of existing floorspace. The campus is home to Mana Contemporary’s flagship location.

In Hamilton Park, Mana Group’s holdings consist of 9 contiguous acres and 750,000 SF of existing floor space less than a quarter mile from the mouth of the Holland Tunnel.
